As from 1st July 2008 we would request that all LPI Fees be sent with documents for lodgement at the Land Titles Office.
Presently we are holding Fees totalling many thousands of dollars, sometimes for several weeks at a time. This burden heavily affects our cashflow which in turn has a negative affect of the daily running of our business in general.
Your help in forwarding these Authority Fees will be very much appreciated and will assist us in maintaining the high level of service that our valued Principals have come to expect over the years.
